Is the speed of nerve impulse and speed of electricity is same.

The speed of a nerve impulse varies with the type of nerve impulse the nervous system is sending. Some signals such as those for muscle position, travel at speeds up to 119m/s. Nerve impulses such as pain signals travel slower at 0.61m/s.

ofcourse not ,both have lot of difference 
speed of electricity is about 50% of c to 99% of c(speed of light) 
speed of light = 3 x 10^8 m/s

but 
 neurons conducting at speeds up to 120 m/s.
