no actually it is not the whole but yes it is a little bit studying hard in High school can help u in college

No it's not relevant, you must do more effort in high school if you want your college to be easy. It's kinda not hard or not easy, i.e medium. It would be kind of easy if you take studies serious and put up your whole effort. There are some parts which are kind of similar, but it also depends not all are same.
