Is the temperature of different parts of the body the same or different?

Different body parts have different temperatures and this is evident when a person gets fever. Tongue is always at least 2 degree cooler than armpit. ... We check fever by touching the forehead, hand, and neck etc because those places are relatively warmer than other body parts.

in female the temperature all over the body is nearly uniform....
but in male it differs between reproductive system and rest of the body parts
