The two atria are thin walled chambers. The two ventricles are thick walled chambers that forcefully pump blood out of the heart

No. The thickness of the walls of heart is not uniform throughout. The walls of ventricles are thicker than those of atria because of the presence of more muscles in ventricles. The ventricles need to pump the blood to the distant parts of the body .
