Is the uniform circular motion accelerated? Give reason for your answer.

yes uniform circular motion accelarated this is because accelaration is change in velocity per unit time and velocity is a vector quantity. It means it has a particular direction but in the case of circular motion the direction of velocity changes at every point so for every new point in a circle the direction of velocity changes with respect to the previous point so if velocity changes then there must be some accelaration.
