Virus are much smaller than prokaryotic cell. virus is considered as a simple nuclei acid surrounded by a protein coat. they act as non - living

viruses are neither considered prokrayotes nor eukaryotes because they lack the features of living beings except their ability to replicate ( which they do in active state inside host body)
