$\bold{Volume \: of \: cone\: = \: \dfrac{1}{3}\pi r^{2} h }$

$68\pi \: = \: \dfrac{1}{3}\pi r^{2} \: 12$

$68 \times 3 \: = \: r^{2} \: 12$

$12 r^{2} \: = \: 204$

$r \: = \: \sqrt{\dfrac{204}{12}}$

$r \: = \: \sqrt{17}$
