Not really. That is a bit like saying is a pound the same as a pint.
100g (grams) is a measure of weight and = 1/10 of a kilogram
100ml (millilitres) is a measure of volume and = 1/10 of a litre.
As Carlos says, 1,000 ml (one litre) of water (pure distilled water at standard temperature and pressure) weighs 1000g (one kilogram).
But for substances that are denser (heavier) that water, a litre will weigh more than a kilogram and vice versa.
You can check the oil packet at ur house it will show u the liters and it's weight they are not same
