is the work done climbing the stairs slowly same as climbing it rapidly?why?
work done= height of the staircase (in m) x weight of the person (in newton)

Work done will be same because it does not depend upon the time how fast or slow the work has been done. Work done Is also known as energy = mgh.
In both case person is same with same weight so force will also be same (gravitational force) and height is same. So, energy Or work done will be same
