Here's your answer !!

The answer to your question is " yes ".

Zero is a rational number because it can be expressed in the form of
 p / q.


We all know that anything that divides zero, has its resultant to be zero.

Therefore 0 / 1, 0 / 2, ...... 0 / n - 1 = 0  ( n = Infinity )

Hence 0 can be expressed in the form p / q.

Yes it is rational ni.
Because 0 can be written in the form of p/q
Like 0/1,0/2,0/3 etc.
