Answer:

Well, if a person is obedient to himself/herself, it is possible to maintain a balance between reading a book and watching television. However, doing this a very difficult job as unlike books, television provides visuals which are a lot more pleasing. Moreover, watching television doesn’t require any effort like reading books. So, a normal person will always prefer watching television over reading books. But if a person follows a strict schedule and restricts the number of hours he watches television and reading books, a much needed balance can be maintained. Watching television for while would satisfy the urge for modern entertainment and reading books would enhance ones imagination and creativity. This balance is the need of the world. People should start living their lives with ‘balance’ so that enjoy and experience all the earthly instances of this world.
