Is there a difference between:

1) Small openings on the leaves are called stomata.

And

2) Small spores on the leaves are called stomata.

I don't think that there's a difference between these two as they are same .
Small openings are infact spores on the leaves of plants .

Zak11: But I am asking about SPORES not PORES.
