Is there a difference between a black market and an informal market?

ya! in black market people buy or sell goods that are illegal and in an informal market the whole market does not follow the rules made by the govt. and creat it own terms and condition that is not valiad

Yes, I think I black market only illegal goods are sold and in informal markets legal and illegal goods are sold, just not by informing the government... Hope it helps.
