Mass is the amount of matter in a substance, the amout of particles/molecules in the given object.

Weight is the 'Force' why which a body is Attracted by a Planet(Earth, Mars...)

Mass is a scalar quantity. The amount of matter will not change when you take an object to a different place. But the weight will cahnge.

A Body of mass 10kg on Earth has a weight of 100N (g=9.8m/s²)

On the Moon sthe ame Body's mass will still be 10kg but weight will be approx. 166 N (moon has 1/6th gravity, less attract, less force)
