No, there is no pattern in prime numbers. The set of prime numbers acts like a random sub-sequence of the integer sequence, but of course, it does have some "pattern" we can not describe. There are indeed some formulas for prime numbers, but it does not show enough if we see any pattern as these formulas is not like that formulas usually seen in mathematics.

However, there are two measures maybe as the pattern stuff about the prime numbers. Let me try to describe these two pattern indexes:

1. The Riemann hypothesis is one conjecture about the pattern. It gives an estimate on how many prime numbers in each interval  [1,x]  with respect to any fixed positive number  x  up to certain accuracy with specified fixed upper bound for the error in the estimation. If it is proved to be valid, then we know a little bit more about the "pattern", if you prefer to use this terminology.

2. Another important measure about the prime numbers is the gaps between prime numbers. Yitang Zhang's recent result is in that direction, as twin prime conjecture is related to the gaps between prime numbers.
