No..
I think there can be such polygons but they are not present on earth.. According to our maths sum of angle of polygon is 360°

yes there can be because interior angles of a polygon is measured by the formulae n/2 x 90 for polygons with even no of sides and n-1/2 x 90 for polygons with odd sides.
so polygons with 200 and 201 sides can have the sum of interior angles as 9000.
