Answer:
Step-by-step explanation:
Hi, JEE paper is divided into 2 papers- JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Both of these papers are computer-based. Main is being conducted by National Testing Agency whereas Advanced this year is being organized by IIT Roorkee.
JEE main paper -1 comprises of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics section. Each section has a total of 90 questions, 30 questions from each section which needs to be solved within 3 hours. The paper-2 is For B. Arch/B. planning that consists of Mathematics (part-I), aptitude (part-II) and drawing test (PART-III to be attempted on drawing sheet with pen paper). Candidates can give either paper-1 for undergraduate courses in B. Tech/B.E. or paper-2 or both depending upon the course they are seeking admission into. Rest of the details can be checked at https://jeemain.nic.in/
Talking of JEE Advanced, it comprises of two mandatory papers of 3 hours duration each. The exam tests the knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. This is again a computer-based mode test. Candidates who have cleared JEE Mains can only appear for JEE advanced.
So, there are no reasoning type questions but the questions asked in both Mains and Advanced are quite tricky. Students should start their preparation early in order to complete the entire JEE syllabus and score good marks.
All the best!
