No the mass will not change if there's a change in the state of matter because there's no change in its chemical composition.
And for example, try melting an ice cube and find the mass of the ice and the melted water both will be same.

There is no change is mass when a substance changes its state
If we change 100 GMs if wayer into ice ,the mass of ice will remain the same i,e100s
This shows the there is no change in the mass even if a substance changes in state
