Is there any change in mass when a substance changes its state? Explain with example.

There is no change in mass.

The density may change and so might the volume.
This is in accordance with the law of conservation of mass.

example-take a glass of water measure its weight now put the same glass in deep freezer for 3-4 hours now again take the raeding of weigh 
it will match in both cases
