is there any difference between a simple pendulum and a pendulum clock??........

a simple pendulum moves the speed we move it but a pendulum clock moves with the second beat

SIMPLE PENDULUM is like a pendulum clock but simple pendulum has a constant acceleration due to gravity and it depends upon place to place whereas the pendulum clock is similar to simple pendulum but  its do not depends upon acceleration due to gravity in constant use. the acceleration due to gravity of pendulum clock is considered to be negligible.
