Is there any difference between farday 'first law and second law ???

First Law of Motion:something sitting still will tend to remain sitting still something moving will tend to remain moving
Second Law of Motion:F = ma This means that to move an object at rest, or to change it's velocity requires an outside force, and it defines how much force is required to accomplish any change you want to give to the current velocity of any object
