There are many difference in between plant and animal cell vacuoles; The size of the Plant cell is large and may contain almost 90% space of the plant cell. On the other side, the size of the animal vacuole is smaller. In most of the cases, only one large central vacuole is present in the plant cells.

Even, Because of their lager size the nucleus get decentralised i.e they don't occur in centre.
The size of vacuole in animal cell is small enough. Maybe not present also.
