Is there any exchange of anodic current peak and cathodic current peak in cyclicvoltammetry if positive potential and negative potential is exchanged'?

They are both current exchanged between the metal surface and the surrounding electrolyte. The anodic current flows from the metal to the electrolyte, while the cathodic current flows from the electrolyte to the metal.

The anodic current gives information on the anodic reaction: metal dissolution, ion oxidation, passive layer formation, etc. All these reaction release electrons into the metal. The cathodic current gives information on the cathodic process occurring at the metal surface: oxygen reduction, hydrogen evolution, chlorine reduction, etc. All these reactions consume electrons.
