Is there any extension for a word in Spanish if we gonna say it in future, present continuous and past?

No because Spanish doesn't work like english does with those types of things it honestly depends on what you're trying to say. For example some action words are  like that. I would need to know what you are trying to say.

For some verbs you can use it:

bailar .         bailando

dance .        dancing

correr .        corriendo

run .             running
