yes there is gravitational force between two astronauts in space, as Newton's law of gravitation states 'Every object attract another object with a force which is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of distance between them.'
The force of gravitation between two astronauts in space is very very less as their masses are less, and hence this force is not felt but it is always there.
