There are two Different perspectives to the answer to your question.
Firstly, if we think from the Scientific perspective, Sceintists haven't yet discovered any valid evidence of the existence of God or Ghosts and does not believe in this till date.
But, if we think from Spiritual perspective, we often feel the existence of a SuperNatural or SuperPowerful body in various steps of our life, which some people term as God while othes term as Ghosts (depending upon the impact it has on their lives i.e. POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE).
Personally speaking, I consider God and Ghost (Negative and Positive energies) to reside in us and it is only our Conscience {Decision making Capacity} which makes us differentiate between both of them and obey or believe in any one of them at any Stage of Life.......
