Is there any limit in size of binary number?

The remaining 31 bits are used to store the binary representation of the number.As we saw in the binary number system link the decimal number 91 has a binary representation of 1011011....... since we only have 31 digit to represent a whole number there is a limit in size to the whole number that can representation..
