It is impossible to sneeze with having your eyes open. So there is no body in the world to do so.
and reason behind that is :
The nose and eyes are linked by cranial nerves, so the stimulation from the sneeze travels up one nerve to thebrain, then down another nerve to the eye lids, triggering a blink for most people. However, it's possible for some people to sneeze with their eyes open— without fear of peeper loss.

Seems impossible? But it's not so impossible.
So why do our eyes close while sneezing?
=> Many people say that our eyes are closed so that they don't knock off with the extreme pressure. If we will not close then our pupil will be displaced and will come out of our eye.
But the twist is,

your answer is incorrect and has no scientific evidence to prove its accuracy because if you look at reliable websites containing evidence it shows that the people who have tried have failed and have to live with the consequence and i have a old friend who is blind because she tried to prove she could do it.
and actually when you sneeze the pressure on the nerves and tendons securing your eyes in socket get damaged when you try to sneeze with your eyes open.
the answer is not completely imcorrect but the one cant find one that can sneeze with eyes open as it harms the internal structure of eye so
