Is there any possibility where food goes to respiratory pipe instead of food pipe?

yes this can happen sometimes by mistake when you eat your food and talk while eating it , it may go inside your respiratory pipe instead of food pipe as when you talk your epiglottis is partially opened. this is the way through which your food might possibly go into the respiratory tract and even coarse choking.
