is there any technique to increase focal length of concave mirror without increasing size of the mirror ?

Focal length mainly depends on one factor: Radius of curvature R of the spherical mirror. If the mirror is in air or in another medium, then focal length = R/2. Focal length is independent of the medium, material of the mirror, frequency of the light rays, temperature etc.
