x²+2x+(k²+1)=0

a=1 b=2 c=k²+1

d=b²-4ac=0

2²-4×1×(k²+1)=0

4-4k²+4=0

8-4k²=0

4(2-k²)=0

2-k²=0

-k²=-2

k²=2

k=√2
