Yes there is a slight variation of the mass of a charged body. As you know a charged body is either positive or negative. If positive then that means that the body have a deficit of electrons and hence mass decreases slightly. And if negative then there is an excess of electrons and hence mass increases slightly. In both cases the change in mass is very small and hence not taken into consideration
