The centripetal force (mv²/a) which acts inward balances the Magnetic force (acts outward) evB₀, where B₀ is the Magnetic field

→ mv²/a = evB₀

→ mv = eB₀a

Multiply with 'a' on both sides,

mva = eB₀a²

Here 'mva' denotes the Angular momentum.

Therefore the Angular momentum = eB₀a²

Hope it helps!!

siril: got it?
