chemical change or the change in which substance have different properties from its origin property .


yes cooking of food is a type of chemical change because ,

we cannot recover the main constituent of food after cooking it .


for example :-
if you make roti and we want to recover it into Aata then it is not possible to recover it into Aata .


so ,

We can say it as a chemical chnage because during cooking we shall find that chnage in color, change in smell, heat relegation occurs.

Also, we can't get the raw material like vegetables back by any method from coked food.
