The system India have, I don't think it is better.. See the other countries do they give privilege to the people on the basis of their caste?? No, they don't give..

Everyone knows that previous the upper caste discriminated lower caste a lot. So for some time they have been given privilege. And now when the lower caste have come in upper caste level, so no one will do anything.
