Is there is any temperature which numerically the same in both Fahrenheit and Celsius

Yep...It is and the answer is -40.

Let see how we can prove this....

Let us take the temperature which is same to be x
Therefore, using the formula, C/5=F-32/9,
we can say that,

x/5=x-32/9
or, 9x=5x-160
or, 4x=160
or, x=40°

Yes there is a temperature at which the value is same in Celsius and Fahrenheit scale. It is -40' C as well as -40' F.
