None that we know of. It might be someday possible to build a faster-than-light warp drive, called an Alcubierre drive. But we honestly don’t know. The math requires us to manipulate “negative energy”, which we’ve never detected and have no clue whether actually exists. Alcubierre drives wouldn’t be remotely fast enough for travel between galaxies anyway. Plus there are more problems like, when you turn off the drive, the math suggests it’d create a shockwave of gamma rays intense enough to sterilize the whole solar system you wanted to visit.
