When customers cross the line, it is better to escort them out because not only does it create a much better work environment for the employees, by making them feel that the company respects the fact that they must be treated like a fellow human providing services, and not a slave, but it also pretty much saves the employees the hassle and the company the resources to deal with that customer, thereby allowing them to be directed towards other productive tasks.
