Is there the loss of mass when body loses electrons?

Yes, there is loss of mass when body lose electron,but we ignore that lose mass when we deal in macroscopic level

no because if electron losses then  no of proton will be increased so that the mass of body remains same  so mass of the body will be constant because it dosent depend upon the mass of electrons and protons so mass of the body will be constant
