Is this alright or is it not?
Anne is very intelligent. The author writes that she enjoys learning but is not to fund of algebra. Anne wants to be a journalist and to be the best writer there is. When Anne says “As long as this exists, this sunshine and this cloudless sky, and as long as I can enjoy it, how can I be sad?” here we can see that she is writing the bright part of when they were in the secret Annex. Anne wrote this in her diary because she wants to tell the readers to not give in even if it is hard to handle. Anne shows us in many ways how smart she is.
