in fourth step 3a is common so it is taken out
therefore (3a+2b) is left and similarly +2b is common so it's taken out
therefore(-2b+2)is left.
and then the two factors of the polynomial are(3a+2b) and (3a-2b+2)
therefore (3a+2b) is left and similarly +2b is common so it's taken out
therefore(-2b+2)is left.
and then the two factors of the polynomial are(3a+2b) and (3a-2b+2)
