is this image correct , I got the doubt because I heard that earth's north geographical pole and magnetic pole ,both faces towards one direction ,that means towards north ...but in this figure north geographical pole and magnetic pole faces different directions
please explain it in appropriate manner​

Yes, it is correct. Earth's geographical north pole is upwards but magnetic south pole is upwards. If both the poles would have been same then they would have repelled each other. Hence would have not been able to find the direction through the compass. They are different hence they attract each other .
