I don't know if it's the 'best' but the MCQs do cover various topics, plus they also provide previous year questions (this will give you an idea about the question paper pattern)

And the more problems you practice, the better you become!

So yeah, solving sample papers will help you a lot. you'll become more confident as you'll know on which topics you'll have to pay more focus and which questions are important from the board's point of view
