Is this possible that a plant has both fibrous root at surface and tap root as primary root system .As in the case of chrysanthemum the plant has tap root and fibrous roots at surface .After vegetative propagation the plant is left with only fibrous roots.Is the statement true?

this statement is false because any plant has only one root htat could be fibrous root or tap root no plant in the world is having both the roots for the same plant and that to at the same time
