Is this redox reaction? H2+Cl2 = 2HCl say yes Or No Only ​

Yes! It's a Redox Reaction. We can see $\sf H_2$ changes to $\sf H^{+}$ When $\sf Cl_2$ changes to $\sf Cl^{-}$.

Here,

• Oxidation state of $\sf H_2$ = 0
• Oxidation state of $\sf H^{+}$ = +1
• Oxidation state of $\sf Cl_2$ = 0
• Oxidation state of $\sf Cl^{-}$ = -1
