Although I debated against the school 'code of conduct' last year for the inter house debate competition, but there is a set of rules and a code of conduct that I believe that we should adhere to in our lives.
If not, get me a correct one.

This is incorrect!
It should have been 'believe' instead of 'believed'.
Believe/ believed is not required actually..
