There is no difference between the two roads as the poet describes them in stanza Two and three.The theme of the poem lies in the last two lines.The poet had to make a choice between two ways.He had to accept one and had to reject the other.

(i) intended to the poet explain that the only difference between the two road was that the road he took had the right to be chosen because it looked as if it had not been used much where is the other Road seem to be used and old and worn off in stanza 3 the poet says that the both Road were equally covered with leaf and no person had stepped on

(ii) in the last two lines of poem the poet says that is difference between two roads because he took the road that was less travelled and that made all difference to his journey
