Is tilling and levelling of the soil is the same thing ?

because in tilling farmers uproots all the unwanted plants called weeds that have been grown in the field . it loosen the soil and mixes the manire that has already been spread on the field. in ancient time a plough is fixed on the bar in such a way that it remains between the bullock . it is very difficult but nowadays many farmers use tractor to till their field .A tractor tills field mush faster.

In other hand levelling after tilling the soil is levelled with the help of a wooden planks pulled by the bullock . The plank is kept pressed to the ground . levelling can also be done by a heavy wooden plank attached to a tractor . By levelling .the field gets covered with softened soil .than it is ready for sowing.
