Is time dilation true? Does time really "bend" and seem to slow down for others, or "fasten up" to its pace? Can Physics explain it?

Answer:

Explanation:

well, in higher physics, we use a different formula for time taken by an object when its velocity is comparable to c

T`=T√(1-V²/c²)     where T` is apparent time

so as velocity approaches c, apparent time reaches zero. So we feel like time is slowing down. But still, we di=o not have a concrete proof of this phenomenon....................
