Is time has direction, is it a scalar quantity why?

time is a scalar quantity . because it has only magnitude but no direction.

Time does not have any "directional" qualities, hence it is a scalar. However in Relativistic Physics, time is not transformable like the other three dimensions. At the same time it is not a vector too.
